The satnav component in my Passat Alltrack was not functioning. After an initial inspection, I was advised that it may need replacing at considerable cost to me. I had indicated at each service that it was not working properly but no fault could be foundAfter contact with both Volkswagon Australia and West Orange Motors, Volkswagon replaced the head free of charge. Reporting a concern at service time, plus having an excellent customer service person in Alyce enabled me to have an excellent outcome. Congratulations and thank you

I bought a new Skoda in March and traded mine. Soon after I started receiving fines (15-20 in all) for my traded vehicle for toll fees incurred after i had traded the vehicle. It took 3 or or 4 phone calls /emails to finally get this resolved. I had to initiate all contact as feed back of any type was almost non existent from this dealer. They just seemed not to care. NOW 4 months later i received a message from Motor registration saying that my registration on my traded vehicle was due as it was still in my name! Again no response. No apology No nothing ! I asked that they confirm when this was resolved but NOTHING from them at all. I have NEVER been treated so poorly when buying a new vehicle by what I assumed was a successful and reputable dealer.They are happy to take your money but solving problems (that should never have occurred) are not a priority for this organisation.CONTINUED:- I received a phone call from customer service (a poorly named dept) as this was far from what they provided. I was screamed at and talked over by a guy who had little interested in accepting liability for their actions - an apology was again not forthcoming. Why call at all?
