Very disappointing after sales experience
I have 2008 audi q7 that would go in lympth mode took it into audi orange was told it was my egr so i replaced that at $3400.00 car worked for 3 weeks then went back into lympth mode so brought car back to audi orange was then told and guranteed 100% by fred the technician that it was now my egu unit $4400.00 so replaced that. This was in december 2017 but had to wait for part to come from germany. They replaced egu unit and i was then told no it was now my turbo that needed replacing as apparently wrong air filter was fitted. I declined to go ahead with turbo replacement at the cost of $4000.00 as they let audi australia know they cant gurantee thats the issue or will fix the problem.. quite clearly audi orange have no idea whats wrong and causing my car to go into lympth mode..they are just happy to keep charging me for parts at my cost hoping they will fix the lympth mode issue. So after all the money spent i have a car in lympth mode still .Please explain how an audi dealership cant even fix an audi car
