Firstly we went looking to see what was around. I had been really interested in the nissan xtrail. I brought a car seat to make sure it fit as we were seriously looking to trade our older model Mazda luxury vehicle in for a new car with all the bells and whistles. Now after explaining what I was after I was told by the young man that they had a base stock out for test drives. I explained I wanted to test the luxury model as it would be a huge step down and regardless of what anyone says its not the same. If Im purchasing a luxery vehicle I expect to test the car Im purchasing. They pulled the stock out for the test drive. This is where I should have seen red flags. I asked for quotes to be sent to me, I received nothing! I call the following week to chase up said quotes for the mid range as thats what they kept trying to put me in. I was requesting quotes and availability of a TI in white. Nothing! I bring my car to the car yard and chase it up personally and am told oh I didnt think you were serious by the sales person I dealt with. Now what else could I have dont but bring my luxery car to the yard for inspection for a trade value and ask for the luxury range prices and bring a secondary child seat to fit in the car? I explained we were looking to purchase within a couple weeks. Still wasnt taken seriously. I again ask for a test drive of a luxery range. When I had my husband there the following Saturday. We arrive for said test drive and the car (midrange) is still on the showroom floor. Oh I didnt think you were coming is what I was greeted with. It gets worst... we finally get in the midrange st-l take it for a drive and come back and he asks how was it. I said its nice but its not the car Im wanting to purchase I still want to see a TI did we find out availability? ... now in the mean time of me saying this another couple walks into the yard and he leaves us and starts trying to assist them. Now another gentleman (older but also by the same name) comes to great us and ask how we went. I unleashed exactly how I felt about this whole experience! After talking to the second gentleman he gave me figures and apologised for the first salesman. Ive never had an experience like with this car yard. They lost our sale and any further sales along with friends/family. We went elsewhere which was happy to assist in making a sale on our beautiful TI X-Trail and had an amazing knowledge of the features. If you want to be taken seriously and get a good deal avoid this place!
Pretty awesome service. Took my Escape in for a 30k service and their customer service was excellent. Will definitely recommend.
Picked up a good deal on a demo Pathfinder through the friendly staff. No schuysters here! A huge choice of new and 2nd hand vehicles on the block. Will be back for servicing and accessories.
Today we bought a used car from matt that works in the ford section. From our first enquiry until the day we picked up the car matt has been fantastic. Prior to purchasing this vehicle we dealt with many sales agents at many dealers. Matt was so accommodating and honest. We travelled 5 hours to this dealership for the sole fact matt didn't treat us like dirt. He sent many detailed photos prior to us going to Orange and highleted what we might not like about the vehicle prior to us travelling down. Once we arrived the car was exactly what we wanted and had been well presented. We would highly Reccomend this dealership :)
Excellent dealership. They really seemed to want our business and went above and beyond to get us the best deal compared with Sydney dealerships. The delivery of the vehicle was awesome and exactly as it was supposed to be, clean, with fuel and all the accessories fitted. No complaints at all!
