Excellent facility - clean, well maintained, and very secure. The process to organise a storage unit was smooth and easy. Great value for money. And when we drove all the way from Sydney having forgotten our padlock key, Renee was there in under 20 minutes (on the weekend!) to help us out with bolt cutters! Highly recommended.
Moving to a new town after 25 years is a big deal. We liked the look of the West Orange facility which was in the area we thought we could move into.A phone call to Renee made the whole process of setting up a new agreement by email so very easy. She even suggested a local removalist that might be able to help us get our contents here. They were also very good and knew the storage facility well making it as easy as possible.Rates were most reasonable and billing 100% accurate.Thank you Renee!
