Absolutely terrible experience. Am I allowed to give NO stars?Didnt show up - we had to call and chase it up then the delivery drivers arrived in such a rush they almost ran into our car. The driver didnt speak to us, the passenger was rude and had no paperwork for us to sign anything over. We had to help carry furniture to truck. We tried to put it in gently but the man shoved it in on its back. They ripped several branches off our tree backing up (when there is an easy option to go forwards around the street and come back out at the same spot). No apology, just shrugged and drove off.We are yet to see how it arrives at the other end but very disappointed either way. Do not use this company.Only upside, the office lady was nice on the phone.
