Dentist Dr Cheng is great, very attentive and professional. You need to book very far in advance though, they are very busy. I have also seen Dr Shapla in the medical centre, she is great. Appointments are easy to make and always have plenty of appointments available. Front desk staff are great as well. This centre is a great asset to Orange.
A family member was treated here after my recommendation and it was totally humiliating.The Dr treated my family member as though she was a drug seeking menace to society. She has multiple complex medical issues and we had just moved from Sydney and looking for a new treating Dr.This Dr should be totally ashamed of the way they treat people its absolutely disgusting.To top it off the Dr was an hour late on the day of tge appointment so we had to make an appointment for the next day which was a Saturday meaning there was a fee. The Dr was 10mins late the following morning and made my family member pay for a double consult, they were only inside for 10mins tops. My family member left in tears totally embarrassed.Absolute disgrace doctor!!I must add that the Dr my family member saw was the only one that had an appointment and its easy to see why because no one wants to see her if its avoidable.The male Dr i have been seeing is wonderful.
We find Dr Moe a concerned and competent GP . Wouldn't change. The entire team there are very friendly and very helpful.
Appointments always later than what we booked..need to improve service quality
This Medical centre is great, the staff is lovely, caring and friendly to talk to. Most of the doctors are very nice too. They give their patients the time they need to speak, they listen with care and compassion, they don't rush their patients out the door. Most of them except 1, "Dr Usha Rani Maniam". My experience with this lady doctor was a nightmare. It was clear to me that shes a racist person and only sitting there to make money. No interest in making the patient feel better which as we all know, is the top priority of a doctor. Anyways...I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
