staff are rude waited one night for near on 5 hours, son going into shock got told well in an emergency ward aren't youand a complaint to the health care complaints commission

All went very smooth from pre- admission clinic to after op care.
I thought this was a great hospital with great stuff that was friendly and very helpful until last night when kitchen staff was so rude when asking about the pig slop that was served and asking about a missing item.Then when asking nursing staff to have the meal replaced as it was unacceptable and not what the patient ordered was told they were to busy And go buy the patient a meal from out side of the hospital.Never have I been met with such rudeness and meals that would not even pass as healthy or fit for human consumption
The staff in Pediatrics & Ronald McDonald House made our visit to the hospital with our newborn easier. Can't thank them enough.
