Ordered a tow bar and was told that it would be in by the end of the week. I told the staff member I needed it for the weekend to use a box trailer for gardening. I even rang the supplier personally to make sure it was in stock and was fit for purpose. Friday came and the tow bar has not arrived. I had to call ARB myself after 3 to be told it hasn't arrived and now wont be in until mid next week as they have received all their orders for the week. Good customer service (common courtesy) would have been to call me to update me on progress and the situation.
Bought a UHF radio here, really knowledgeable staff.
They fit me in for a canopy glass repair while I was on a road trip even though they were short staffed on the day. A very professional job done by super friendly staff. I highly recommend them
