My partner and I have been living in our little apartment home for a month. Its been amazing. Everything about the place is perfect. Raine and Horne have been really easy and friendly to deal with.
The worst and doggy real estate I had ever encountered. End of lease will be a nightmare for tenant even how much you keep the place clean. Charged the carpet repair and have different invoices and description of each invoices that billed to tenant and landlord. The worst customer service ever.
Atrocious customer service.
absolutely disgusted with this real estate. Took $200 from my rental bond towards essentially wear and tear and scuff marks through wear and tear. NIGHTMARE OF A REALESTATE1. Worst real estate. 2. Atrocious service to their clients. 3. Would never use this real estate for anything! 4. Businesses such as these should be closed down.5. Not worth a single star. 6. The staff need training on customer service.- an ex client who is extremely unhappy with the poor service
I would give 0 stars if I could. I would strongly advise you to avoid this real estate completely. Their rental department is absolutely hopeless,the staff are rude,unreliable and when it comes to repairs don't expect anything to be done quickly or professionally. Also end of tenancy with them is an absolute nightmare.As for buying or selling with them I wouldn't trust them at all.Easily the worst real estate I've ever dealt with.
