Good video quality, comfortable seating and reasonable price with membership. Audio seemed a bit flat and lacking in dynamic range but it may have just been the particular movie I saw (Instant Family doesn't really show off an audio system).
Definitely worth joining the loyalty program as your first movie is free. Gluten free popcorn was yummy and staff were lovely.
Great complex theatres were clean despite the crowds going in and out only complaint is the amount of adds before the movie began way to many with some repeated other wise a good way to spend a few hours on a hot day

Friendly, polite, knowledgeable staff. Best place to be on a stinking hot summers day, with their effective air conditioning. Good wheelchair access. Up to date movie offerings. Good range at the kiosk. Cinemas clean overall, but the toilets always appear grotty, could be partially due to outdated decor & lighting.
