Arrived in Orange to stay in a caravan park prior to going to Bathurst for the car races to catchup with washing etc problems with circuit breaker NO power phoned late on Sunday evening Andrew firstly answered the phone was here in within an hour and repaired the problem many thanks Andrew for your prompt wonderful service you made our night and now we can put that heater on.

A courteous & professional Andrew inspected our 'faulty' oven & swiftly determined that when the nearby isolating switch was used to switch the whole range unit off, upon switching on again it caused the clock / timer to cut out the oven power at the default '12:00' if the clock wasn't set (as per timer design) ;). Further discussions with Andrew suggested that our 50's era home should have the wiring inspected & certified to allay possible safety & future insurance issues & I was happy to arrange a time for this immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tactical to anyone for any electrical work. AAA+++
