The new overall store design is horrible, going with a spiral floor plan instead of the typical square isles. Nothing but a hot mess.Kmart used to be one of our major visits in Orange, but no longer. No longer even stocks half the amount of what it used to.
Don't like the new set-up as it's just a mess .
Girls were very helpful but the checkouts at the back of the store is very inconvenient ,would have purchased more had they been in the front of the store as I had to walk past items to leave the store that I would have bought but couldn't be bothered going back into the checkout area,who ever thought up this silly positioning of the checkouts and the service desk which is also now at the rear and the need to have your tickets fully checked by the store greeter on your way out ,!!!needs their head looked it's a shoplifters paradise
Help with customer service could be better. Ok with young people working. Older people to ask questions about products and sizes would be nice.
