Horrible service, we came in for an ice coffee and i requested mine NOT TO HAVE STRAW OR LID, the girl/lady say "no you have to have them" i politely reply but, i don't want any plastic that i won't use.Sat down and waited for our ice coffee, when it got there it had lid on it and the girl stormed it on our table, almost with hunger.Sad situation.Result: our ice coffee instead of being a time to talk, was a time to Express how bad her manners and service was.

This is one of my regular watering holes till 3 years ago for the quality of food and cleanliness had deteriorated that I drove further to Lithgow. 3 weeks ago I tried Orange Macca again and it was all right. Today it was a surprise! The tables and chairs were clean and a mature lady kept a closed eye on everything to ensure everything was in right order. There was a conscientious male manager kept an eye on the food, especially special order. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Hence it deserved a praise and ( thump up).
Ordered a coke no sugar, what I got was flat warm soda water with a detergent zest. I had to down the cold chips to get rid of the flavour.
Sun AM, 28 Oct - Friendly staff and incredibly helpful - especially the gentleman in black who helped all the customers order their meals in the touchscreen kiosk, brought it to the tables and was very kind especially to the elderly. Good work mate - keep it up. Food was the usual standard you get in most Maccas stores - but the man-in-black is the store's highlight.
