Great food and the staff are helpful, but not friendly (i.e. did not say hello or smile). The food is tasty and generously portioned. The food pickup situation is quite odd (separate places for coffees, food, and cold drinks). Overall, it's enjoyable and a great setup, but a little work by the staff will make it great.
